Refunds and exchanges
1. Unless otherwise specified, returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted. Please carefully review the return or exchange policy stipulated by the supplier before placing your order.
2. According to individual suppliers' return or exchange policies, if the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (not due to your fault), or if the goods received are not what you ordered, or if the delivered quantity is incorrect, you may return or exchange them within seven (7) days of the receipt date, provided that:
The return or exchange policy applies;
a. The goods must be unused and in their original sold condition, including all parts and accessories provided with the goods, such as manuals, certificates, labels, marks, consumables, bags and boxes;
b. The packaging of the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered to you
3. You agree and acknowledge that whether product exchange is accepted depends on stock availability.
4. You agree and acknowledge that the acceptance of returned or exchanged goods is at the sole discretion of the supplier. Under no circumstances will we accept returns directly to us, or be responsible for any damages you may incur for any reason.
